Are you sick of feeling overwhelmed by life? Are you having a hard time developing and maintaining healthy relationships which in turn cause your self-worth to take a hit? Are you going through a significant life change and feel overwhelmed or just plain exhausted? Do you feel like your life is unfulfilling or unbalanced, with little to no time to take care of yourself? Is your past creeping back up and you don’t know how to cope?

I’d love to help by journeying alongside you during this time. I provide a safe place for you to “just be you” without judgement. We will work together to discover your strengths and develop the skills you need to transform negative beliefs and move beyond feeling “stuck.” We will discover your unique path forward, with better understanding and acceptance of yourself and others. I offer you this safe space filled with empathy and compassion that fosters hope, empowerment, healing and growth. My clients often describe me as “authentic, patient, kind, supportive, and extremely caring”.

I believe it takes courage to start this process of change towards self-understanding, healing and growth. I want you to know, YOU are important. YOU are valuable. YOU deserve to live a happy and healthy life. I believe that no matter what your struggle, there is always opportunity for a positive outcome.

    My Education & Experience

I received my Master of Arts from The University of Denver (DU) and my clinical experience has been focused on working with anxiety, depression, women’s issues, including pregnancy & postpartum, life transitions and trauma. I also have a passion for working with our first responder community. I have advanced training in trauma and often utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidenced based trauma therapy. I also have advanced training in Perinatal Mood Disorders through Postpartum Support International, and I am a  Level 2 – Gottman Couples Therapist. I am committed to helping my clients feel seen, heard, supported and cared for well.

I am a Colorado native and I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Legal Studies at the University of Northern Colorado. I obtained my Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology at the University of Denver (DU). I have worked across a variety of different settings to include corporate settings, Department of Corrections, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, community mental health settings and private practice. When I am not seeing clients, you can find me spending time with my family and exploring these beautiful Colorado mountains!
